Self introduction

I joined the teaching staff at Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine on April 1, 2002. Before coming to Obihiro, I taught at Tokyo Metropolitan University of Health Sciences for several years while finishing my Doctor of Health Science Degree at The University of Tokyo, School of Medicine, Department of Health Policy and Planning. I also have a Master degree (MBA) in international management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona State University, and have taught and done development work in various countries throughout Asia including Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Myanmar and Cambodia.
