Service Guide
Borrowing
Please show your student or library card with the materials you are going to check out.
Books : up to 10 books / 2 weeks
Periodicals : up to 5 Periodicals / 1 week
Renewals
You may renew books 3 times more unless they are overdue or their users have requested them.
Reservations
Books in circulation can be reserved at the request of a library user. In order to reserve a book please apply at the information counter.
Non-Circulating Materials
Reference materials, Syllabuses, and the newest issues of periodicals cannot be checked out.
Returns
Borrowed materials must be returned at the information counter.
When the library closed, put materials in the book post outside the library.
Penalty
Your borrowing privileges will be suspended as many days as the materials overdue.
Audio-Visual materials
Audio-Visual materials are shelved in the Audio-Visual materials corner in the 2nd floor. Please apply at the Information counter.
Visitors Registration
Fill out the application form for registration and show your identification at the Information counter.
How to Request Books
You may make a request through WWW to the purchase of a book.
Please confirm your requested book is NOT hold in library.
Information Retrieval
The CD-ROM corner is situated in front of the Information counter.
You may search any information by CD-ROM or on-line, for example, Kikuzo (Asahi-Shinbun DB), Rika-Nenpyo (Chronological Scientific Tables), and so on.
