| Self introduction |
I am originally from Wakkanai City. I have been involved mainly in the development of dairy products using yeast and locally sourced lactic acid bacteria, as well as the development of meat products using koji mold. I have participated in a Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) project led by Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, and I have experience serving as the principal investigator for externally funded research. At the Industry-Academia Collaboration Center, I work on matters related to the Cabinet Office’s “Regional University and Regional Industry Revitalization Grant Program.” I also currently carry out duties at the Tokachi Foundation. My hobbies include catching small mackerel once a year and pulling weeds in my garden, along with a bit of garden-related DIY. |
