List of current research topics
Developing statistical theories and bioinformatical methods exploring and evaluating blood molecules (omics data) associated with humans' and animals' (including laboratory animals') dementia-like disorders
Statistical, epidemiological, mathematical analyses evaluating and improving performance of dairy cows and controlling infectious diseases in animals
Statistical and bioinformatical analyses in agriculture
Academic degree | Ph.D. in Mathematics |
Self introduction |
My major is statistics and its applications and developments in 1) human and veterinary medicine (e.g., human and animals' dementia and its associations with blood molecules), 2) animal husbandry (e.g., milk losses and changes in milk components in non-healthy dairy cows), 3) agriculture. Data types I have been trying to analyze are both molecular-level (omics data including DNA, RNA, protein, metabolite) and individual-level (such as clinical information with age, gender etc of the individual). |
