- 馬の繁殖疾病に関する新しいホルモン診断法の確立

メッセージ
2014年3月に着任いたしました。前職（JRA）時から今日まで馬に関する研究に携わることができました。馬の繁殖生理は他の動物には見られない特異的な機構を多く有しています。前職ではサラブレッドの繁殖管理に関する調査研究を実施してきました。同じ点（普遍性）、違う点（特異性）を追求し、その理由やしくみを考えることはとても魅力的な研究分野だと思います。得られた知見を臨床にフィードバックし、現場の目線に立った改良、普及に努めることも大切です。これからも臨床と研究を両立させ、地域に根差した馬産業の発展に寄与できるよう、精進したいと思います。馬、臨床、研究、その他に興味のある学生さんとの出会いを楽しみにしています。
