We held an online seminar by Dr. Omar Harb (Senior Project Manager of VEuPathDB, University of Pennsylvania) on May 21, 2025, at the PK Hall of our center. Dr. Harb lectured on “Exploring VEuPathDB: Tools and Applications for Infectious Disease Research” to show how to utilize the VEuPathDB website for research. A total of 13 participants, including graduate school students, researchers, and faculty members attended the seminar, and deepening their understanding of VEuPathDB. This seminar was organized by Dr. Fathi and Dr. Asada of our center, who met Dr. Harb at The International Babesiosis Meeting 2025 (Queretaro, Mexico). This seminar was conducted as part of the Drug Discovery Project of our center.
