NRCPD and IVM have organized an Alumni Meeting entitled “Scientific meeting of former JICA participants, PhD students and collaborators of NRCPD” in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia during June 19 – 20, 2019. A total of 61 alumni have participated in the meeting, and 28 scientists have presented their current studies on epidemiology and control measures against infectious diseases in the meeting. Prof. Xuenan XUAN and Prof. Hiroshi SUZUKI of NRCPD have participated in this meeting. During the meeting, IVM (Director Badgar BATTSETSEG) and NRCPD (Director Xuenan XUAN) have signed MOU between two institutions. This meeting was supported by the Project for Joint Usage/Research Center from Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), Japan.
