A special seminar by Prof. Qingyong Guo (Dean, College of Veterinary Medicine, Xinjiang Agricultural University, China) and Dr. Yongchang Li (Lecturer, College of Veterinary Medicine, Xinjiang Agricultural University, China) has been held on January 25, 2024, at PK Hall in National Research Center for Protozoan Diseases, Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. The special talks titled “Introduction of veterinary education systems in China, and College of Veterinary Medicine, Xinjiang
Agricultural University” and “Integrative approach for control of babesiosis:
Epidemiological study in northwest China, and exploring the therapeutic potential of natural product compounds” were delivered by Prof. Guo and Dr. Li, respectively. A total of 20 researchers, PhD and undergraduate students have joined this seminar. Two speakers have visited NRCPD for joint research as a part of the MOU signed between our university and Xinjiang Agricultural University.
