“International Symposium on Strategies for the Control of Ticks and Tick-borne Diseases” has been held in NRCPD

“4th International Symposium on Strategies for the Control of Ticks and Tick-borne Diseases” has been held on October 5, 2022, in National Research Center for Protozoan Diseases, Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. A total of 45 scientists from South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burkina Faso, Egypt, Turkey and Japan have participated in the symposium. Twenty scientists have presented their latest outcomes on ticks and tick-borne diseases (see program). This symposium was supported by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Core-to-Core Program (Asia-Africa Science Platform Project).
