NRCPD and The College Of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences,Cavite State University (CVMBS), Philippines councluded Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).The MOU signing ceremony was held on Wednesday May 22nd at the CVMBS campus. Prof. Shin-ichiro Kawazu in place of the director general paerticiated the ceremony.
