OUAVM will hold its 2021 entrance ceremony, but with a limited number of people and measures in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The ceremony will be live streamed on the internet. The links here take you to the details (Youtube).
・To prevent the spread of COVID-19, family, and friends will not be allowed to attend the ceremony. Only newly enrolled students will be permitted to enter the auditorium and the large lecture hall.
・Those who participate in the ceremony must wear a mask, practice cough and sneeze etiquette, and sanitize their hands before entering the room.
・On the day of the ceremony, each participant must submit their *health record form, which has their daily temperature and health condition for the week before the ceremony, at the reception desk before entering the venue.
