Professor Tadasu Urashima et al at the Milk and Meat Hygiene program of the Laboratory of Food Safety have been given the Most Cited Review Award (an award granted to the review paper that has been cited most frequently) for the year of 2015 for their review contributed to the “Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry” published by the Japan Society for Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Agrochemistry.
