(概要)シラカンバの木部では氷点下数度から、樹皮では摂氏数度から細胞の低温脱馴化が開始することを見出した。これまでに、植物の細胞で氷点下温度で脱馴化が起こることは知られていない。本論文では、木部の細胞が深過冷却をすることとの関連性を議論した。
