University Library
　The library supports the instructional, research, and extension programs of the
university. Its acquisitions are regularly and systematically inputted into a
database backed up by an efficient encoding and retrieval system. To meet the
increasing demand of an information-age society-but more importantly, to provide
speedy access and delivery of information vital in teaching and research-it has formed
a network with libraries in Japan and abroad.
